whew haven't beenn here for a long time but i guess its more important now than ever to track progress.
just resumed training since examinations and still in deruting mode. Single stunts are shaky and tumbling if awkward. Gotta get back in the cheergroove, fast.
Anyway I want to go on a protein diet to get stronger faster, or I'm gonna embarass myself and alice in March. There are many stunts we wanna hit and time is running out fast, so I think its time. I also want to get on a good gym program, or go bnack to my old one.
other than that I should be bloggin everyday. Nationals coming up again RAWRRRR
