hey alphas!
today we had our first gymnastics training after a very long while. I just have to say that my back tuck is terrible now. Need mrs kiong to come and fix my crap.
I'm shuaing again. I need to remember the feeling of getting high in the air first and doing the tuck. This will require some level of meditation and re-enlightenment. Damn. I think I should tattoo that symbol on my arm.
Something pissed me off in training today but i won't go into details, but one thing that surprised me was that i could suddenly toss elaint to extension. I think whats been lacking in my toss to extenxion, or rather inconsistent, is a certain level of aggression to the stunt. I always tell flyers and bases to be aggresive with stunting and spotting and i think i need to listen to my own advice too. Gonna hit toss ex more consistently next time!
