I haven't blogged in a while because I haven't been working on my skills, but I think its appropriate to blog on whatever little I do, as well as how the freshies have been doing.
I've been hitting a lot of cupies with Mic, but I think its time I start doing with other flyers. I pretty much have a feeling of the stunt and I think I should be able to lead people in by now. I think I pretty much have the liberty in. I've been training to hold the cupie with mic for as long as possible to get as much feel out of the stunt as possible. So far I can hold up to 12 secs, gonna try for longer, and with other flyers.
We have a really good intake of juniors, but what the future may bring is still very unpredictable. We really have to maintain a good balance of challenge and enjoyment, if we want the freshies to stay and give a hundred percent. The best we can do is be role models of determination and hard work, and also show that we are dedicated to their learning and improvement. Do not doubt a single one!! We were all there once.

good job with the cupie. but must get the rest of the senior guys to do it. full squad single ex is still a problem. aim for full squad single lib by december. I think its possible. when you train for ur single stunt, help to pull other guys to train as well. =)
