28 july 2010: Single stunts galore

Today attendance was terrible. Coach did not come down so we did not have standard training, and we OTOT-ed.

Nothing much to blog besides the cupie
  • i think that i need to slant my shoulder with the cupie side upwards
  • as stunt level goes up, so should my spotting skill. I should lower the flyer instead of dropping her from that height.
  • Lock harder
