Learning points? let me think:
- Give utmost focus to the feet of the flyer. Make sure you see nothing else, that way the flyer is always above you.
- Give a strong burst to the extension, and find that moment of weightlessness to do the switch.
- Be relaxed but firm. Don't panic just because you have a liberty up. Lock and stop shaking.
Yeah! So gotta keep working, gymming, and practicing. Hope I can hit perfect liberties by the end of hols, heck maybe even a cupie.
