Still training hard and my neck hurts

Hey everybody!

Still been training hard! Just some notes to self for the stuff I'm working on. Can see my round off backtuck on the trampoline below? Trying to get it higher and higher.

I just realised something nice about tumbling: Don't hesitate to make it last as long as possible. This is especially true in the jump aspect. Most of my problems come in by trying to complete too fast. Works with the standing tuck, robt, and bhs.

Also with the bhs, i think that i want to plant my hands on the ground too fast. I need to float first.

Apart from these learning points, i seem to have sprained my neck, that put me out of business today. Hope it gets better tomorrow.
