WOOHOO!
I am slowly getting my backtuck back. It's not perfect yet but its slowly on the way to recovery.
Today I explicitly realised that I was rushing the backtuck. I have so much more time if I were to just commit a split second more to my jump, allowing myself to jump as high as I can before tucking. Take some time to complete the jump!
I also did single liberty with Chew Long and managed to hold it for a few seconds!! The adrenaline was amazing. I realised also that when I shifted my grip, I would lose focus on where I placed the flyer above me. If I paid attention to keeping the foot above my face I would have held the flyer there longer.
Gonna keep working hard! I'm so excited!
