I'm gonna complain for about 20 seconds so feel free to skip the next paragraph.
Today was crazy!! I gymmed with Terence in the morning, did single stunts wight mic in the afternoon and had training at night. Thats three sessions of training in one day and I am spent. Whoo..
Ok I had fun at training today. Primarily because Ochi was giving me hell of a lot of tips on how to get my liberty up. Gonna beat Terence to it!
First of all he said I need to work on my extension, which is still off the mark. I have to control the burst up and lock my chest and abs such that I create a hollow in my chest. I need to take the extension slower and be more in control the stunt.
The way I'd put it, simply enjoy the stunt more.
Then to progress up to the liberty, go up to extension, pop over to the grip and hit.
Once that is done, bring the extension up with grip switched, and hit.
Lastly, Do the liberty straight.
I also apologise to Chew Long for dropping her today. By right, I should have called for push ups, but I think I was too embarrassed, and also coach was ending on a positive note so I chickened. I apologise for this; it was poor leadership.
Gerard said my chest is small!!! argh.... So I guess I should hit the benches. Anyway Ochi gave me a few exercises to up my extension skill and I'll add them to my routine..
