Today, after training, I realised that all this while I have been failing repeatedly as a leader, and have not been doing my job properly.
Bi Yi has outlined that the team is still in the drudges. Safety is still crap, in the form of our pencilling, and our standardisation is still not visible.
What I intend to do to fix this is to train the bases in the specific skill of doing a proper pencil. This will probably come in the form of PT, carrying out bursts and catches without letting the flyer touching the floor.
As for standardisation, after training group chains, we will do the chains as an entire team to work out the synchronistation of the entire set.
I apologise to the whole team for having done a lousy job up till this point and I promise to work harder.
